  7. logon to your normal account that is now restricted or limited.
  8. Never login to the newly created administrator account until system is clean of all malware.
  9. Download and Run the latest Microsoft malware removal tool, using "Run as" administrator account and restart computer
  10. Download and Run the latest Microsoft Patches, and restart computer
  11. Run Diskeeper Pro Hard drive Defrag utility, using "Run as" administrator account, and restart computer
  12. Install and Run freeware SpyBot Search and Destroy using "Run as" administrator account, and restart computer
  13. install and Update Symantec endpoint security after purchase of a valid Lic. using "Run as" administrator account and restart computer
  14. install and Run registry Clean utility, using "Run as" administrator account and restart computer
  15. Log into safe mode and start an AntiVirus scan, and restart computer
  16. Run registry cleaner and registry backup, using "Run as" administrator account and restart computer
  17. Run Drefrag or Diskeeper utility.
